WebThe most important thing is that Townscaper's shading is composed of tiles and gaps as you can see in the posted image. Assuming our pixel coordinates start at (0,0) and go to (127,127) then Townscaper gets the color of the tiles from the "even" numbered pixels in TownColor.png, and the color of the gaps comes from the "odd" numbered pixels.
