WebbI've read somewhere that a perfect circle cannot be drawn in Inkscape. If I remember correctly, the circle object is drawn much the same method as bezier curves. It is very close to a circle, but not a real circle actually. The 45 degree angle drag seemed to work. It seems to snap into a perfect circle when you drag at 45 degrees, thanks!
