Webb20 sep. 2008 · Guys, I tried draining and changing the oil. The freaking oil filter has been on the car for 15 years and is on so tight I can not get it off. It crushed getting it off. I tried to drill it out and stick a screw driver in the middle part and remove it. But it broke like a soda can. I removed the majority of it, but its still on the threads of the block. I'd rather have threaded screws. oil filter is indeed cartridge style Haven't found any aftermarket filter, so for now I think I'll just go with OE filter kit L LovinLife
